Renault is all set to launch the Renault Triber 2025 facelift, a refreshed version of its ultra-popular 7-seater MPV, designed to offer more features, modern styling, and fuel-efficient options for large families and ride-sharing users. Known for its smart packaging and flexible third-row seating, the new Triber will bring styling upgrades, a better infotainment system, and possibly a CNG variant to broaden its appeal. The new model retains its compact footprint, making it perfect for urban buyers who need more seats without moving to bulky SUVs.
1.0L Petrol Engine Continues with Improved AMT
Under the hood, the 2025 Triber will continue to use the reliable 1.0L 3-cylinder petrol engine, producing 72 PS power and 96 Nm torque, paired with a 5-speed manual or improved 5-speed AMT gearbox. Renault may fine-tune the AMT for smoother shifts. Additionally, a factory-fitted CNG version is expected, offering over 26 km/kg mileage and lower running costs a perfect choice for budget-focused buyers and fleet operators.
Upgraded Interiors with Touchscreen & Digital Display
The interior of the Triber 2025 facelift is expected to offer new dual-tone upholstery, improved dashboard layout, and enhanced seat comfort across all three rows. The infotainment system will likely be upgraded to an 8-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, paired with a semi-digital instrument cluster. Practicality features like roof-mounted AC vents, rear power sockets, and second-row seat slide & recline functions will remain, offering flexible space for families.
Safety Features Improved with More Standard Equipment
Renault is expected to improve the Triber’s safety package to meet new regulations. Standard features will likely include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and seatbelt reminders. Higher variants could offer side airbags, ESC, reverse camera, and possibly TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system). The Triber is built on the CMF-A+ platform, which offers better rigidity and crash protection for its size.
Renault Triber 2025 Price in India & Competition
The Renault Triber 2025 facelift is expected to launch in early 2025, with prices ranging from ₹6.5 lakh to ₹9.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It remains the most affordable 7-seater MPV in India, competing with the Maruti Ertiga, Kia Carens, and Toyota Rumion, but at a significantly lower price point. With its new CNG variant, flexible seating, and city-friendly size, the Triber continues to offer maximum space with minimum investment.
