Maruti Suzuki Brezza has unveiled the 2025 version of its popular compact SUV, the Brezza, with updated styling, enhanced features, and improved fuel efficiency. The new Brezza continues to sport a tough, upright SUV design with squared wheel arches, a floating roof, and bold body lines that give it a confident urban presence.
The front fascia gets a wider chrome-accented grille, sleeker LED projector headlamps with integrated DRLs, and a sharper bumper with silver skid plates. On the side, you get stylish 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, roof rails, and chunky cladding for a rugged look. At the rear, LED tail-lamps with a split signature, roof spoiler, and new color options like Sizzling Red with Black Roof and Matte Grey add to the youthful SUV vibe that Indian customers love.
Updated Cabin with Sunroof and Tech-Loaded Features
The 2025 Brezza now offers a more premium cabin with an all-black or dual-tone interior theme, soft-touch elements, and silver accents around the dashboard. The standout feature is the electric sunroof, now standard on the ZXi and ZXi+ trims, making it one of the few Maruti cars to offer this feature.
The SUV comes equipped with a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Suzuki Connect with 40+ connected features, steering-mounted controls, push-button start, auto AC, rear AC vents, and a 6-speaker Arkamys sound system. The driver’s seat is height adjustable and the rear seat now offers better thigh support, armrest, and 60:40 split-folding for more boot flexibility. With a 328-litre boot and smart storage throughout the cabin, the Brezza remains a practical city + family SUV.
1.5L K-Series Smart Hybrid Petrol Engine with Enhanced Mileage
Powering the 2025 Brezza is Maruti Suzuki’s trusted 1.5L K15C Smart Hybrid petrol engine that delivers 103PS of power and 137Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or a smooth 6-speed torque converter automatic with paddle shifters.
The Smart Hybrid system features auto start-stop, brake energy regeneration, and torque assist during acceleration to improve efficiency and drivability. Maruti claims a mileage of up to 20.15 km/l for the manual and around 19.8 km/l for the automatic variant, making it one of the most fuel-efficient compact SUVs in the segment. The engine is refined and tuned for city traffic as well as highway cruising with a smooth linear power delivery that balances comfort and performance.
Safety and Platform Strength with High-Strength Steel
Maruti has enhanced the safety package in the 2025 Brezza with features like 6 airbags on top variants, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, electronic stability program, ISOFIX child seat mounts, rear parking sensors with camera, and a high-speed alert system. Built on Suzuki’s Global C platform, the Brezza uses high-strength steel in critical zones for better crash protection. It has scored 4 stars in earlier Global NCAP crash tests and the updated model carries over that confidence for family buyers. A new tyre pressure monitoring system, adjustable headrests for all passengers, and auto-dimming IRVM add to its well-rounded protection list.
Price in India and Variant Options
The 2025 Maruti Suzuki Brezza is available in four main trims LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ with prices starting at ₹8.29 lakh for the base manual variant and going up to ₹13.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top automatic with dual-tone. It is offered in six monotone and three dual-tone color options including new shades like Sunlit Yellow and Oceanic Blue. The SUV is also available in a CNG version for select variants, offering even more savings for daily commuters. Buyers get the benefits of low maintenance, strong resale, and India’s largest service network, making the 2025 Brezza a well-rounded choice for those who want a stylish, reliable, and efficient compact SUV without breaking the bank.
